TenString Fever

Guitarist Terry Spooner and violinist Jane Miller formed TenStringFever in London in 2005, having met through their work teaching their respective instruments, and having collaborated in performances in other various ensembles.

Their performances feature pieces from a wide musical spectrum and their recordings also reflect this, from their first album ‘ Jigs & Jazz’  to their critically acclaimed ‘Chase the Sun’ album.

In tonight’s programme the duo will be playing guitar, violin, charango and viola featuring music from South America, Spain, England, France, Italy and Ireland.

From Argentine tangos and film music to the gypsy jazz of Django Reinhardt and their own original pieces.
